EVOLVED LEADERSHIP DEFINED

WITH OVER 25 YEARS OF DEVELOPING EXECUTIVES, WE HAVE A PERSPECTIVE.
EVOLVED LEADERS ARE THOSE WHO GROW FROM EGO MYOPIC TO CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP.

At Sagatica, we are singularly focused on minting conscious leaders who create intentional cultures that enrich business and the world.

ARE YOUR PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER, OR ARE THEY JUST IN THE SAME ROOM/ZOOM?
ARE YOUR ROCKSTARS ALSO ACE COLLABORATORS, OR ARE THEY HOARDING THE MIC?
ARE YOUR MEETINGS WORTH THE TIME?

You may be shocked, but in just the first three days of our annual Leadership Evolution Program, barriers collapse, people actually listen to one another, and, boom, meaningful conversations are happening. The program is indeed that transformational.

How? By experientially revealing one’s Ego-Myopia TM – one’s inability to see and manage their ego. Then, our Conscious Operating System Assessment TM reveals each leader’s level of “need to be right, need to be liked, and need to have might,” which correlate with self-determination theory and the intrinsic motivators of competence, connection, and control.

Ego-Myopia is the most powerful disruptor of team success. No other program has the insight or the experience to take on Ego-Myopia. The Leadership Evolution Program corrects Ego-Myopia and activates the single most powerful lever for accelerating team success – a conscious leadership mindset.

ARE YOU AWARE THAT YOU HAVE THREE BRAINS, NOT JUST ONE?
IS YOUR LEADERSHIP TEAM MAKING DECISIONS WITH ONE, TWO, OR ALL THREE BRAINS (OR NONE)?

Scientifically speaking, a brain is a cluster of neural cells that form ganglia that can learn, memorize, and process information. There’s a cranial brain (head brain), intrinsic cardiac nervous system (heart brain), and enteric nervous system (gut brain).

One of the key elements of the Leadership Evolution Program is not just a focus on the psychological, but neurological and biological interaction of the three brains. Activating and integrating the head, heart, and gut uplevels decision making, and raises the bar on working individually, with peers, and with team colleagues. We assign the head brain Wisdom, the heart brain Love, and the gut brain Power.

We do this by cultivating awareness of the brains and their functions through interoceptive exercises. Not unlike how we learned to interpret hunger or anxiety, we can become attuned to our three brains’ messages, such as arrogance or compassion, prejudice or curiosity, and blaming or integrity.

DO YOU BELIEVE YOUR LEADERS ARE PREPARED FOR BIG CHANGES AND TOMORROW’S CHALLENGES?
ARE YOUR LEADERSHIP INVESTMENTS YIELDING RESULTS OR JUST CHECKING THE PROVERBIAL BOX?
HOW WOULD  YOUR ORGANIZATION BENEFIT IF YOUR LEADERS ENHANCED SKILL AND EVOLVED THEIR MINDSETS?

Feel good is not the result we’re after. Believe it or not, you CAN quantify leadership development: a more cohesive team of conscious leaders gets through the budget process more quickly, hiring is more efficient, quarterly financial results head north, and conscious leaders who exert positive impact also drive up shareholder value.

To do this, conventional skillset training is woefully insufficient. We need to evolve leaders’ mindsets. Of course, the Leadership Evolution Program uplevels skillsets like strategic thinking, communication skills, and decision-making skills. But, the magic of correcting Ego-Myopia uplevels the frameworks that shape how executives approach challenges, make decisions, and interact with others – their mindset.

The Program empowers leaders to evolve from fixed to growth mindset, from closed to open, and from arrogant to curious, among others. As a result, they solve problems more collaboratively and quickly, execute with more precision, and innovate regularly.

WHAT IS AN EVOLVED LEADER ULTIMATELY, THEN?

An evolved leader is not asleep at the wheel, going through rote motions. An evolved leader is conscious – transcends traditional leadership paradigms, corrects ego-myopia, creates intentional cultures, and enriches business and the world. They use and align their three brains, and they see around corners to address big changes. And they focus on achieving organizational goals as they foster the growth and well-being of their team members and community.
