Our Philosophy

My team and I are defined by an unrelenting commitment to results and an unyielding devotion for wisdom. In fact, Sagatica is derived from Sagacitas (Latin) – wisdom. I guide and coach successful executives (those who get things done, and have time for a full life) to become conscious leaders that leverage wisdom, love, and power to realize their untapped potential.

Conscious Leaders move from analysis to synthesis, from competition to collaboration, and from business to purposefulness.

Conscious leaders analyze with their head, relate with their heart and decide with their gut. Their judgments yield better decisions, relationships, strategies and actions. This rarely happens without coaching and facilitation. That’s what we do. That’s what we do, together!

Our History

Sagatica began in the summer of 1999, the heyday of the Dot Com bubble. At that time there was a sense that leadership wasn’t critical – success required only a great idea and the ability to persuade a VC to fund it. The implosion of the Dot Com Bubble was a powerful reminder that successful enterprises are well led. And great leaders are developed, not born, and that the greatest leaders are conscious leaders!
Since 1999 we have been developing conscious leaders through one-to-one executive coaching, team based facilitation and enterprise wide leadership development. Our clients are established organizations that are stable and growing in sectors ranging from life science, technology, consumer products and many other sectors.
